Founder and sports therapist
Parfait started his career as a sports therapist three years ago, drawing on a bodybuilding background and Canada Fit Pro training. After recovering from several injuries himself through advanced techniques and precise protocols, he made it his profession: helping people reach their health, fitness and recovery goals.
His grasp of human biomechanics and his own training experience make him a sought-after therapist — and a treatment plan from Parfait always accounts for the reality of your training.
